Great staff, clean rooms, convenient location, ample parking, delicious breakfast, favorite hotel.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to both the city and the zoo. The restaurant is spacious and offers a wide variety of options.

The reception staff were not welcoming or helpful, providing us with wrong information and not rectifying it. The spa staff lacked politeness and smiles.

Luxurious unit with a view. Bonus point for a safe box, central heating and an iron.

Beds were rock hard.

I stayed here for 2 nights and liked my choice. The restaurant was good for guests to eat outside on the terrace off the restaurant here, I had excellent dishes. Perfect stay, as always.

The food at breakfast and dinner was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. the dining room had a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Additionally, the hotel grounds were stunning, and it was lovely to sit outside and enjoy the late evening sun.

One of the disappointing aspects was that the pool was only available for guests over 16 years old, which was inconvenient for families with younger children. Another issue was that there weren't enough staff at reception during check-in, resulting in longer wait times.

Gorgeous food, faultless hotel, marvellous location on the outskirts of Chester. The staff was pleasant and the room was brand-new with big beds.

The venue is reasonably spacious and exceptionally clean with a good value and efficient staff.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel set in beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel itself was kept in excellent condition, with plenty of amenities to enjoy. I particularly loved the on-site restaurants and spa facilities. The food was delicious, especially the salmon in my omelette and the steak and chips for dinner. The breakfast selection was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options. The hot tub was also a highlight, with the perfect temperature for relaxation. The location was convenient, close to Hoole and surrounded by lovely gardens.

The noise in the evenings, which can be attributed to events at the local racecourse. Additionally, there was an added charge for using the swimming pool, which I didn't find ideal considering the overall cost of the stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and really enjoyed my time here. The location is perfect and I loved the beautiful surroundings. The service was excellent with room service and dry cleaning available. The room itself was outstanding, with ironing facilities and a mini-bar available, as well as a seating area and terrace. I also appreciated the in-room safe and tea and coffee facilities.

Highly recommend this venue to anyone staying in the area.

The staff were polite, the breakfast was adequate and everything was modern.

Perfect staff and atmosphere, liked it. Beds were too hard, nonetheless it was truly a wonderful stay.

The area was poor.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Chester zoo, making it easy to access. The restaurant staff, like the girl in braces and Sharnae, were friendly and provided excellent service. The room was tidy and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was regularly topped up and the facilities were well-maintained.

I was disappointed that the hotel did not acknowledge my son's birthday with even a small gesture, such as a balloon or a cookie.

The stay was absolutely excellent. It was clean and the staff were superfriendly, beds were comfy. Late check-out was useful. Amazing pool area too.

The breakfast was exceptional, the location was peaceful next to the motorway, the staff was fabulous. Furthermore, parking on site was a bonus.

This hotel, located in a beautiful area, provides comfort and quality services. The spacious and clean rooms with massive beds were a delight, and the spa treatment was exactly what we needed for relaxation. The breakfast had a wide range of delicious options and the staff were always welcoming. We also want to give a special thanks to Wendy for helping us plan a surprise proposal and to the head cocktail Barman for making us stunning off-menu cocktails. We would highly recommend this hotel to couples looking for a relaxing getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was excellent, with a walk-in shower and facilities for the disabled. The bed was super comfortable and the furnishings were above average. The hotel had a friendly ambiance, and the staff were genuinely enjoyable and respectful. The food was also good, especially the dinner in the garden restaurant. The hotel was very easy for disabilities, with bright, wide corridors and minimal steps. We highly recommend this hotel for its accessibility and delicious food.

Convenient location with easy access to taxis. Enjoyed the breakfast options and availability of late dinner and drinks. Parking provided at no additional cost. Comfortable rooms with great showers. Marco Pierre White restaurant is highly recommended. Lovely grounds and family-friendly amenities. a fantastic stay.

During our stay at Doubletree By Hilton, we were pleasantly surprised by the stunning building and grounds. The hotel has a beautiful ambiance, and the cleanliness of our room exceeded our expectations. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the complimentary access to the swimming pool. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel.
